By using Africana Dish you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Vendors must provide accurate verification details; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Vendors
- You must be authorised to sell the food you list and comply with food-safety and export rules in your jurisdiction.
- We charge a commission on consumer orders, disclosed in your dashboard. Payouts are made to your nominated account on the agreed schedule.
- You're responsible for fulfilling orders accurately and on time.
Customers
- Prices are shown in your selected currency for convenience but charged in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
- Orders are prepared and shipped by independent vendors. Delivery times are estimates.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us or the vendor if something's wrong.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paystack. Gift cards and promo codes are subject to their stated terms and expiry. Loyalty points have no cash value and may be adjusted on refunds.
Prohibited use
Don't use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity, or to infringe others' rights.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Africana Dish isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Governing law is Ghana.
